Is this ICBU like any other OTC stock that Willy has claimed to own?

1) Buy Stock at low price

2) Pump Stock

3) Sell Stock at high price

4) Repeat

Yet Willy says he is no longer a paid promoter

What has Willy done for Humanity? Seems he just hurts Shareholders. The SEC does nothing
