I know. At the time biodiesel was the flavor of the month. Now it's MJ. The SEC is picking these off left and right. Tony knows that. That's why he releases most of his BS on twitter instead of PR's. Only a matter of time if he continues unless he just abandons USEI. He's already made plenty of money off this scam.
