The documents are what you would expect. Of course GTAT is going to motion to wind down the Sapphire Ops because that is what all the debt financing is going toward. This does not indicate that Apple isn't trying to work something out in my view. Money stops this nonsense and nothing else and that relief and injection has to come from Apple. GTAT is just proceeding as they need to unless Apple stops this which they could with the stroke of a pen. JMO
