I for one did send an email to Les yesterday expressing my displeasure with how they handled this most recent financing and its impact on the stock price and my confidence in the management of the company. In particular, they could have handled things a lot better by explaining why they are doing additional financing so close to a previous financing, and why it is so important to do it with warrants that are very generous to the investor. I have not received a response, and I have to imagine they are under extreme pressure from many investors like myself who have invested a huge chunk of their net worth into this company believing in its mission and prospects. I have to assume they know what they are doing and have a lot more at stake than I do, but this really hurts to be down at these levels after all of the positive things they have been intimating are on the near horizon.
