...WaMu's agent sent out claims notices to all shareholders of record (I was in on that DISASTER)............there were several levels or priorities for the claims and claimants......I recall the payouts were confusing and made by check........

...WE - WE believe UWBI is a tad different................that special undefined proceeds FLOW into a BK which is shrouded in secrecy and sealed filings..................UWBKQ shareholders are simply one claimant............priority level 7.....?????......or where ever................meaningless.........bec the FDIC settled with each claimant separately and independently, imo............

...WTF do WE - WE know about the internal proceedings of OUR - OUR bankruptcy......????...........not a word, other than some very minor window dressing ADVERSARY claims which were 'administrative' anyway and meant NADA.............................where is our BK attorney..........?????............ET--motherF/-ing--CETERA.......

...DARKNESS..................and over 100 sealed documents in a miniscule BK............c'mon folks...............we settled the mofo........................and we have to deal with the settlement on the FDIC's terms within a BK.....................crystal clear WTF went on..............

...someday whoever OWNED uwbkq shares might be very, very HAPPY................bigtime............................wish I had more..........................................
