Not really, if you have been paying attention to the technical discussions over the years. His QCOM bias has moderated somewhat during the last few years as the extent of QCOM's relentless stock decline became too obvious. LOL. Still, as I, IQ and some others have noted and confirmed publicly and privately over the years, he has consistently skewed the technical aspects in QCOM's favor despite the fact that QCOM claims essential IPRs in only 3 modes of 3G while IDCC claims essential IPRs in all 5 modes of 3G. Like I said, that used to send the productive technical puzzle sessions into very unproductive QCOM vs IDCC mode because other IDCC bashers would usually feed off those questionable technical views and start useless food fights.
