Is it NITE on the bid @.002 and on the ask @.0035?

E*Trade's L2 is still not showing any MM on the bid, but then it's not showing NITE at all as a MM for CDIT (just HDSN, UBSS & EFGI on the ask @.004 and above). I think E*Trade's L2 is having problems, it was messing up a bit last week, too.
