Well looking at the bright side. MIKP isn't a company that gave up and they have been working on the form 10/audit for a year now so they are being very thorough and are even going beyond 2 years that the SEC asked for.
MIKP, let's get it done THIS WEEK!
MIKP lawyer, agree with your auditors. Don't keep handing the audit/form 10 back to the auditors. Update it yourself if there is a language barrier.

All the information is there from the auditors, just do your spin magic or lawyer talk.
