I understand that the investor will have to pay 5.15 per share to exercise the warrants. For a typical investor, say you or me, we would have to pay to have this option on the table for 2.5 years. Think about how valuable this would be if we reach $20, $50, $100. And this was added for free, as a bonus, to the 11.5 million stock purchase.
