I understand and didn't mean that towards you. It was infiniteq who suggested that data had 'an agenda.'

I can't really comment on the rest, just wanted to say that it is fine to disagree with him but IMHO there's no agenda--just a difference of opinion--you call it a 'rigid conceptual box' I call it he believes what he is saying, and right or wrong that's his story and he's sticking with it!

And only time will tell who's right or who's wrong and that final answer may not be so clear (he may be right about some things and wrong about others), and that answer probably won't come as soon as my next birthday does!

I would bet though, that drox will be happy to see IDCC prosper and I don't think he's saying we won't by any stretch.

In fact I just saw him say that he doesn't think IDCC owns the ENTIRE air interface--but didn't deny that they owe some part of it. IMHO owning some part of the air interface is gonna pay off pretty well. This is a BIG HUGE TREMENDOUS PIE and it is going to be sliced up a lot of different ways.

IDCC is positioning itself to profit and profit handsomely. How much, from what and when--well the tale of those details will be told over time.

I think that the story will have a happy ending for us. Of course some people won't ever be satisfied--you've seen them posting about how if IDCC goes to 250 a share or more that the dilution effect will reduce the value of their holdings by some percentage and a couple hundred dollar a share profit won't satisfy them. A Billion $$$ from ERICY wouldn't have satisfied them either.

In the meantime as to you, infiniteq, and datarox, I think you're all allright and that there's no 'agendas' at work just honest differences of opinion on a topic that IMHO no one knows the definitive answer to at the present time.
