Is there.....in fact.....a violation or are they just relying on their 1st Amendment rights? Sounds to me like all of their claims are supported by myriad clinical trials, many of which have been reported here. Instead of tattling on them, MAYBE we should be following their lead and let the FDA come at us!.....F<<king A<<h>>>e!
