Forgot one item: Do you suppose all those new shares issued to someone for something might be worth an 8-K and , heaven forfend, a Form 3, or maybe 4.

An alternative is to do like they did a few years ago (summer of 2012), issue the shares in enough names that no Form 3 or 4 is required.

The 8-K still looks like something that should happen.
