Arete-that's a technical issue. Nevada does not enforce its securities laws. The only real recourse shareholders have is private legal action.

There is a requirement for an annual shareholder meeting, for example. When did CMKX last have one?

And in Nevada, at any time and without shareholder approval, the "Board"-i.e., Urbie-can issue preferred stock with super voting rights.

Form your corporation in Nevada. Never buy shares in one.
