Strongly agree, and some where is a document or a LOI that NOC is / becomes, the parent Co. and we as a Sub, continue to mass produce the DGUs and fulfill NOCs market place and expansion, plus the funds to do so. IMO ??
small fish dont eat the big ones, some one told me
