That's funny because I've been around long enough to see companies that give a damn about their shareholders fully disclose tax issues and liens in their filings. There is no way around it. Schadel has deliberately withheld information to cover up very negative aspects about the company.

I would like to see an example of one of these companies that we are referring to! Since there are so many I'm sure supplying me with some facts will not be an issue.

Fact is, no matter how matter times we want to imply an opinion as a fact, the real facts are that Ryan Shadel runs a very transparent company and has always ran his operations in full compliance of all SEC and FINRA rules and guidelines.
