Yeah, as soon as i received my BuzzBar, i cancelled my sale order lol actually getting a tangible product in my hands and it working much better and lasting longer than i thought it would made me feel a lot better about the company. I know in business, things happen sometimes and you have to push things to the right, no prob with that....they'll learn not to give specific dates in regards to product launches in the future. They NEED to put directions on or in the box it comes in...such as explaining the LED indicators and what-not. I shouldn't have to do an online search for that info
