I wonder if we will see these drives show up in Gateway portables bundled with the Wave/Gateway version of ETS lite? This could explain why Gateway wanted a version of ETS that didn't include Document Manager, because the file/folder/drive encryption capabilities would be redundant. If users of the M5400 FDE wish to use the TPM for additional protection rather than just password authentication for the drive, they will have to upgrade their version of ETS. This would also give them additional options in regards to the uses and portability of their data.
