Yeah I know that as of this morning premarket but such a generic downgrade. It is highly speculative and it is a $3 downgrade which is a joke. It just took the momo out of AAPL today. If this would have happened on a down day it probably would not have been that effective. They probably just wanted to load up on Apple stock and missed the initial run up. So they decided to downgrade it.
