Your reasoning on this post is out of whack. If I sell you a house I don't own, then you need to leave the house when asked to leave because you officially do not own it. The original owner owns it, so if chain of custody is broken, then the last real owner of record owns the house not you. You must leave when asked, just like you must give the car back when asked because you participated in a fraudulent transaction and need to release custody.

Bk... is right these people want something for free because they think they can get it. They won't move, except under force of the Sheriff, they won't pay the mortgage, because if they did (like me and millions other) they would not be in court. No they want it for free because they are a societal lazy give-me-everything-without-paying-for-it problem. Simple as that.

We were raised to pay our bills, honor contracts we enter into and if we can not pay give back the property. I was raised in the South, this foundation is the basis which shapes our society. Granted many were taken advantage of and given mortgages they could not afford, or, never should have had. I get this...However they need to give the property back, so it can be resold and the investor compensated.
