The Federal Government Cares About You

That's why they allow illegal immigrants with all sorts of diseases and hatred to come across the border. They want you, legal American citizen, to share in the pain of the 3rd world since it is the only fair and just way. They welcome with open arms illegal immigrants with Ebola and ties to ISIS, while they block drugs like Amarin's Vascepa since it may cause physical harm to the public. We are living in a US that has been turned upside down by this administration. He was good to his word since we have indeed had a fundamental transformation of America.
