No. That letter was from the SEC, and it has to do with a routine financial report or reports.

I suppose Reid could choose to post whatever correspondence he had from FINRA, but I rather doubt he'll do that.

To me, what the refusal says is that the SEC investigation of KMAG is ongoing. Which we all figured, anyway.
