True to all of that. But without history of the new mix, I can't judge on the specifics yet. There are companies I do that with, this is not one of them.

Also, the overall revenue is so small that prospects will look at declining revenue, no matter what the make-up, as a source of concern with dealing with the company.

PS. There is no "under 8-k" from a SEC perspective. A company may 8k a $1,000 deal if they like. It is a waste of time and effort but they can do it.
