why would u buy a stock just because its cheap when it can't do anything to ever go over the top? the number keeps going lower and lower and doesn't have enough money to drill anymore. outside of an earthquake forcing oil up to an existing capped well, the left over money will pay salaries until its all gone. they should rename the company titanic exploration....
