The more I read your post regarding the details, your right, it seems they are giving them a sweetheart deal and giving them back their company on very good terms.
Which leads me even more to believe something huge is going on with the Pilus side of the company. My guess is a buy out or merger of some kind.
Any one else thinking the same thing?
