If billy has two apples and he buys three more apples how many apples does billy have. The correct answer should be 5. If billy still has 2 apples after he buys three more something is wrong.

If HHSE has 99 million restricted shares and billy buys 6 million more restricted shares from hhse how many restricted shares does hhse have now. He asked why does hhse still have 99 million restricted shares if billy just bought 6 million. The right answer should be 105 million restricted shares.99+6=105

Just like the apples, they tell us billy bought more apples for 3 cents each but we counted the apples and the amount didn't go up.
