Can someone please explain to me how a person can go from a Used/New (cheap) car salesman to a Pumper (promoter) of penny stocks. To get free shares and unloading them on unsuspecting people.

To a person that made long drawn out speeches in a paltalk room all while choking on fake fish-sticks.
