Jan: Just a quick note: Paychest Inc was established November 19, 2004 long before Mario Pino. They created a web site, added some mission statements that caught the attention of Mario in 2005. Paychest at the time was a private company. Mario offered to buy 60% of Paychest. The private stockholders agreed. They wanted exposure in the investment world. Mario is a stockholder like the rest of us!

This is one of the responses I got when asked about Mario's involvement with their company.

He has not put out any PR's since February 2005 that I'm aware of.
