Drake Mechanical,Benchmark Electric and Earll Excavation filed a Foreclosure Action against SFMI which was posted today and Executes on November 1,2014
SFMI will have to answer the action and make a settlement with parties to the Action
It is a separate action from the Earll Judgement
The Action if left unanswered will be a lien in excess of $700,000
Also environmental issues will have to be addressed
Mill will need to be winterized very soon if the Board intends to continue
May reasons why SP is stuck .0002-.0004
No Money to be made except for the next PQ P&D
Rest assured PQ will screw the Shs at least one more time
