Not only do I not know how me as an IDCC shareholder will receive any proceeds from Signal Trust but I also do not know how I will receive proceeds from many of the other subsidiaries that IDCC created. I also do not know how management gets compensated through creation of these subsidiaries either. Also, I am guessing not all of the subsidiaries were set up for monetary purposes.
