No, the OTC Pink are SEC filers, they follow the SEC and FINRA's rules. Many said that OTC Pink stocks never issue dividends, but it happened and we all got free shares that were worth our original investment, had we sold at .40-.50.

This says a lot, it took quite a bit to get RGBP trading. Good things are to come with RGBP and BMSN.
