columnbussouth, although I agree with you on us being heavily shorted, I cannot agree on your logic as to why it is so huge.
"Market Maker CDEL is on the BID for 150+ billion,"

My DD (as of 2004) says just over 80B shares sold. It is not reasonable to suggest twice that number is "SHORTED".

Also CDEL has not been a big SELLER over the last 6 years.

5.6 YEARS (24,117,057,917) OF MM SELLING

TOTALS ON "SELL SIDE" SINCE 2009

NITE====14,905,462,905=====59%
VFIN=====2,168,491,225=====09%-----ONLY 50K OCT/12-JAN/14
DOMS=====3,663,912,023=====15%------LAST IN DEC/10
CSTI=====1,367,540,602=====05%
VNDM=====1,090,534,039=====04%
ETRF=======760,166,458=====03%
ETMM=======422,073,745=====02%
CDEL=======282,023,111=====01%
HDSN=======191,828,973=====<1%------LAST IN FEB/12
OTHERS=====145,143,836=====<1%

It would be nice if they had to buy back that many shares, but even a few BILLION will be tough for them
