All you have done is learn how to spin the data. You are right
that short sales are a small percentage of the total volume for
any given day but when you naked short a million shares of a $3.00
stock you can have more effect on that company than if you short
a Dow industrial stock. The leverage is enormous. Small dollars in
comaprison to total dollars but devastating to a small company.

Spin the hedge fund law suites as you like, these guys are in it
for the money not to lose and say There's no such thing as naked
shorting. They would not have brought suite if it was thought to
be frivolous...
