If you mean management is "poor," have another look at their salaries and option compensation. If you think management is poor (as in crappy), the only thing they have done right is to hire all of the firms that got them this far. In other words, our management team is really unnecessary. However, what they've done with the paper is egregious. No other graphite contender has done anything like this to their shareholders. None.

That said...it's true, there are two pieces of news we're waiting for. One is inevitable. The other(s) requires trust (or hope).

Another prediction: we'll be near three-quarters of a billion outstanding shares by the time the mine is built...unless they R/S...and they better not do that until after production starts.
