Keeping material information from stock holders is fiduciary irresponsibility--a legally actionable civil offense. Coming up on TWO YEARS without news is practically a prima facie case. I'm waiting another 90 days for evidence of a going concern. If nothing is released before that time period--then I'll cross that bridge in 2015--and it will get ugly. More than anything, I'm surprised Groen, who is a man of integrity, has let his shareholders drift like floatsom on the sea. He better have a darn good reason for doing so.
