not PRing an anticipated date for completing a definative agreement following a LOI is not a big deal. a molehill, no mountain. in little more than a Q Solms rid tons of ineffective overpaid staff: berger, sks, peter, micheal, feeney et al. he analyzed perforemance, procedure, and product; found and hired replacement staff; developed a new plan and began implimentation of that plan w/ timelines. he and his new staff are paid considerably less and their bonises are performance based (he ended "guaranteed" 1/2 annual salary based bonuses). that's management, something SKS was totally incapable of. he's been up front and told it like it was/is. any attempt at comparing BS as a CEO w/ SKS as CEO is beyound silly. If it doesn't work it doesn't work but it won't be the fault of Solm's management ability. the hole he inherited w/ limited assets, flawed prducts, unmotivated employees, terible corporate image and restrained time was caused by the complete management incompetence of his predecessor. AND allowing SKS's crony complicit BoD to remain unaccountable is the fault of the very large shareholders that failed to utilize their shareholder rights and vote them the heck out. Blame Solms, seriously? Even if you "hold his feet to the fire" it won't accomplish a thing as it will be way too late. Solm's plan doesn't work it's over, done, finished.
