what if the value of their assets fair well in next few years?

why would their NAV continually decrease to eventually nothing? Or why would the S/P just continue to fall.

( I don't know that is why I am asking I like to learn )

turn penny to a nickel, nickel to a quarter. turn a quarter to a dollar, turn a dollar to a c-note, who knows? turn that c-note to a b-oat
