None that I know of. Even the old line blue chip CEFs (like TY and ADX) have started using gimmicks to compete with low cost Index funds such as SPY. The gimmicks make them look like they pay high divs... but a gimmick is a gimmick. I don't need a fat div PAID FROM MY OWN MONEY OR CAP GAINS.

However some old geezers on fixed income fall for them.

It's damn hard to beat a simple low cost S&P 500 index fund.
