Your fantasy is interesting - only problem is:

Management starts dumping(selling, diluting) TPIV shares so the shorts can cover. Preplanned by both management and shorts, both make money.

That is completely and utterly illegal - jailable, in fact -

Bottom line - folks are shorting and that is encouraging longs to sell as well because of the funding issue and fear of dilution -

There is no conspiracy - it is what it is, last time this happened and we fell to these levels it was an outstanding time to buy -

I think buying the fear here will be rewarded in the future. I still have my "free" shares, have not stepped back in with fresh buys, but will if we drop further.
