For those who doubt the ear piece: The proper procedure of prototyping means you realize the results of you research and build a rough device. This is the first prototype and does not work propery so you make adjustments and build a second prototype which works better but still not to your satisfaction. You build a third prototype which is still rough but works as expected. NOW you take this prototype and build the marketable one nicely designed and put it to the test with a group of people. THIS is the prottype we are talking about. It already had several iterations and proved to work properly and is the final design before mass production.

I have NO reason to believe that the ear piece is not working on the contrary. I expect a great presentation on MoneyTV Oct 2nd which could also be syndicated to CNN and CNBC and other big networks. We will see.
