BLYM news - LOS ANGELES, CA, Apr 13, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Billy Martin's USA, Inc. (BLYM) will hold its second Investor Conference call on May 4, 2006, according to Doug Newton, CEO, who founded the 27-year-old "western lifestyle" brand, along with his former, partner, Billy Martin, in New York City in 1978.

"Our desire is to hold at least one Conference call -- on a quarterly basis -- with investors and others interested in BLYM, given the importance of disseminating information about our company's performance, progress and promise.

"More important," Newton said, "it will give our shareholders and general public the chance to ask us specific questions about where we are and hope to go in the years ahead, as we approach the 30th year anniversary of our born-and-bred American brand."

Newton said the Conference call will be an occasion for announcing the company's planned entry into the wholesale arena via the development of apparel products in association with a major TV series; the status of the company's footwear negotiations with a major US boot maker; and BLYM's development of "Riata," a fragrance product designed to compete against Coty's Stetson and Lady Stetson brands.

"We have a lot on our plate," Newton said, "and, given our history and positioning as a true American lifestyle brand, more and more opportunities come our way each day. But for now, the key will be to stay focused on the above initiatives, while making sure our shareholders are in the loop along the way."
