Breaking common blocks of shares down to form siggy's is a common way to pass shares from acct. to acct.. Why this would be happening at the ask I don't know. Maybe someone like Will is being paid for their time ? It's like getting paid in cash when it's done on the open market. But the amount of cash being exchanged doesn't seem to be worth the fees.

There's some things I can speculate about, but there's some things I've been seeing and hearing this last week that aren't making much sense. I might post some of it later just to see if any can fill in the blanks.
