The same thing is happening that has happened with all of Lisenby claims of substantive accomplishments during the past five years - zippo. Here is how it works: 1) Lisenby makes a claim of a substantive accomplishment (e.g., PR from 10/4/10, timelines in March 2013 PRs)), 2) nothing is ever accomplished and Lisenby doesn't provide shareholders with a reason as to why nothing was accomplished 3) I (and perhaps many others) laugh at Lisenby because the claim of a substantive accomplishment turned out to be BS. Then, it starts all over again with another claim by Lisenby of a substantive accomplishment, which I (and perhaps many others) will laugh at shortly thereafter because again nothing is accomplished. It's wash, rinse, repeat. Happy to break it down.
