My second biggest hope is for Abrams to make sure that management lives by the "company code of conduct" that was posted earlier this morning. I've just recently arrived in VOIS land, but it appears that historically they haven't been so diligent in complying and it must have been ugly to experience that. The daily manhandling of the PPS "these days" by whomever is involved is bothersome to me as I wonder "what's changed" (chime in bashers!). I trust this product "is what they say it is". But at this point in time the only reason this will become a near term blockbuster and reach it's rightful potential for the long term is if Joe is firmly planted at the helm of the ship ..... and the rest of the "crew" all just take a step backward, watch intently, take copious notes and educate themselves on how to create a billion dollar juggernaut.. JMO
