My personal opinion is that we will see a buyout before that time. Alot of key milestones proving the solutions on a commercialization scale( and attracting interest of many driving stock higher) happen in next couple months.....ERC/MRFC with the LaFarge plant and fc vehicle. I think once this happens that will solidify the purchase interest for 1 or more companies. With such disruptive tech imagine many will be after.....and I wouldn't be surprised if sooner than later before pps and buyout price goes way up.

I think $5/share may be a shot across the bow for some company now but think it would take $8/ share to get it closed...everyday that passes the price goes up in my mind.....And more suitors taking notice. Just a guess. All about execution and news of deals/projects/results at this point.

One big partner news piece and off to the races thou. Personally based on the revolutionary tech on many fronts feel could justify over a billion once ERC running/producing results and/or major auto company showcasing their car/vehicle running on MRFC to the world....driving for x # of miles and refueling at the LaFarge plant Formic acid storage tank!!!!
