dmiller, Not saying any acquisition w/could not be acretive to earnings. Hopefully the buyback will be acretive, but that really depends on future earnings.
The $100Mil would be better spend on dividends in my view than acquisitions or buybacks.
I was just addressing your point about the leakage of cash.
