If there ever was a short position in CMKX it was when the share price was .0004 or higher. There has been plenty of time since then for any short position to have been covered.
The shares that were given as dividends are the only things now IMO that can prove any possible short position in this company, that is if there ever was one and it would have to be a dividend that was given out while the share price was .0004 or higher that would have the best chance of proving any possible short position.

there is no "objective truth"--only patterns of probability. "Matter" is seen as an illusion of the senses.
