Uhh they run MS Exchange servers and pay MS a yearly licensing fee. If that's what you consider a "partnership" well okay. If someone runs a one-man web hosting company from their garage and uses MS products, that makes them a Microsoft partner too right? Hate to say it but your alerts are becoming weaker.
