Raistthem I'll try to give an answer to your question

The quoted part of HDG post IMHO only means that:

- if AMRN goes on appealing to FDA for reinstatement it will take about 6 months: if they go to Court it will be, in the best case, not before february/march 2015

- the "order" you expect from Court won't take as little as 6 month, he (HDG) expects the Court decision to take about 2 years

- moreover he doesn't expect it to be a slam dunk
