How could an company hire new and had 250 people have run out of cash?
How could an 40m revenue company have no $150k, need borrow $150k from inside and covert to common shares? After that how could they still do business!
If they really do it, this company will belong to small longs now, before inside has 40%, Lin family has 20%. Now one stupid guy only spend <100k, own 37%?
He let people smart, but design stupid to stop smart!

They need make story believable by SEC, they need make story believe by China government. Now they need make story believe by themselves!
