Olddog, thanks for posting the two charts.

IDCC's weakness is hopefully temporary, in which case I may regret my decision to trim my holdings. You among others have posted some of the rationale used by various courts in determining royalty rates. Applying the rationale to all claims in IDCC's declared SEPs is a daunting exercise. Hopefully the unlicensed manufacturers will follow the lead of current licensees and agree on reasonable royalty rates for all patents. However, the risk of not taking that approach seems to be shrinking.
